Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I to fuel the top of the funnel through proactive outbound outreach across Remote-US locations including Minneapolis and other listed cities. The role offers a base around $60K with equity and commissions, and is full-time.

You will qualify leads, set meetings for Account Executives, and partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to craft compelling first impressions for new clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experienced with generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp’s qualification criteria.
• Understand customer needs and articulate how EvenUp solves them.
• Identify high-potential growth areas and develop outbound strategies.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to craft compelling first impressions.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound lists.
• Maintain accurate client data in HubSpot.
