Job summary

Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate interest, qualify leads, and build a pipeline for our sales organization in a fully remote environment.

You will prospect via calls, emails, and digital outreach, qualify needs, schedule discovery calls, and maintain accurate CRM data. A base pay with incentives and a clear growth path into closing roles are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong phone presence and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up.
• Self-motivated, organized, and reliable in a remote work environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow in sales.
• Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
• Qualify leads by identifying needs, challenges, and decision-making authority
• Schedule discovery calls and consultations for senior sales team members
• Maintain accurate activity, lead status, and pipeline data in CRM tools
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals
• Collaborate closely with sales and onboarding teams to support conversions
