Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales development, business development or inside sales in tech or SaaS.
• Track record of meeting activity and pipeline targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication; confident on the phone.
• Proficient with CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule in a fast-moving environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into target accounts through cold calls, email, LinkedIn and multi-touch sequences.
• Research companies and buyers to find the right decision-makers and tailor outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our qualification criteria.
• Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives and hand off with clear context.
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, logging every activity and next step.
• Work with Marketing on campaigns and share feedback on messaging and lead quality.
• Test new outreach approaches and share what works with the team
