The position offers paid training, a base salary plus bonus, and a clear path into a licensed sales career. It is a full-time, work-from-home role with an assigned schedule and strict performance expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Experience in high-volume, metrics-driven or commission-based environments.
• Proven ability to meet quotas and KPIs.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Excellent phone, listening, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and sales processes.
• Willingness to be coached and adapt to feedback.
• Reliable work history and commitment to roles.
• No current insurance licenses eligible.

Responsibilities

• Make up to 800 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and transfer to licensed agents.
• Generate interest and engage prospective customers.
• Follow scripts and meet transfer and performance goals.
• Handle objections and drive conversations toward next steps.
• Work with multiple monitors and systems.
