Job summary

20four7VA is seeking an experienced Sales Development & Sales Operations Virtual Assistant to support outbound sales processes for mid-market and enterprise clients, remotely.

The role requires strong English, multi-channel outreach, CRM mastery (HubSpot), and the ability to work with limited supervision, aligning with client priorities and timelines. This is an independent contractor engagement with 40 hours per week, aligned to EST working hours.

Qualifications

• B2B outbound prospecting experience required.
• Outbound calling and appointment-setting experience required.
• Multi-channel outreach experience required.
• Strong spoken and written English required.
• CRM and pipeline-management experience required.
• HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
• Apollo experience strongly preferred.
• Experience prospecting to mid-market or enterprise companies strongly preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn and email-based prospecting strongly preferred.
• Experience preparing sales follow-ups and proposals is a plus.
• Experience supporting a founder, executive, or small sales team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research target mid-market and enterprise accounts and identify appropriate decision-makers.
• Build prospect lists using Apollo and execute structured outbound sequences.
• Execute multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone with 8–10 touches.
• Personalize outreach based on company, contact, and use case.
• Schedule qualified meetings and send calendar invites, links, and reminders.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot contacts, activities, opportunities, and next steps.
• Prepare concise prospect/prospect information before scheduled calls.
• Draft personalized follow-up emails and proposals.
• Provide basic weekly reporting on outbound activity and pipeline movement.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and organized pipeline records.
