Job summary

20four7VA is seeking an Offshore Independent Contractor to serve as a Technical Operations and Administrative Virtual Assistant for a mechanical division. The role focuses on supporting engineers and managers with technical report review, data management, and document formatting, all in a remote environment.

Ideal candidates have engineering or construction-related background, strong Excel and Word skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical background preferred.
• Strong Excel/Word/Outlook and PDF management skills required.
• Excellent English communication and document-review experience.
• Remote contractor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review technical reports for completeness and formatting.
• Create and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets for projects.
• Format and organize technical documents and attachments.
• Monitor and organize emails; provide executive Support to the division manager.
• Support engineers and technical staff with administrative coordination.
• Ensure files and documents follow internal standards and are properly archived.
