Job summary

SelectQuote, Inc. is seeking experienced, driven, resilient, and results-oriented sales professionals to join our Qualifications Team as a Sales Development Advisor (SDA).

The SDA is an unlicensed, outbound sales position responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating interest in SelectQuote's products, understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, and transferring qualified prospects to a licensed insurance agent. This is not a customer service role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in telesales or inside sales.
• Proven ability to meet quotas and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with outbound calling, objection handling, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers (up to 800 per day).
• Generate interest and engage prospects with confident phone conversations.
• Identify needs and qualify prospects for transfer to a licensed agent.
• Handle objections and push conversations toward the next step.
• Meet or exceed transfer and performance goals.
• Follow established scripts and processes and stay engaged.
