Job summary

SelectQuote is seeking experienced, driven, resilient, and results-oriented sales professionals to join our Qualifications Team as a Sales Development Advisor (SDA).

The SDA is an unlicensed, outbound sales position responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating interest in SelectQuote's products, understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, and transferring qualified prospects to a licensed insurance agent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong closing skills and quota-oriented mindset.
• Comfort with scripts and established processes.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Generate interest and engage prospects over the phone.
• Qualify prospects and transfer to a licensed agent.
• Overcome objections and guide conversations toward next steps.
• Meet or exceed transfer and performance goals.
