Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year or more experience working in a telesales or sales environment.
• Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role with proven success.
• Job stability and tenure in roles.

Responsibilities

• Outbound dialing to generate interest in SelectQuote's products (up to 800 calls daily).
• Handle and overcome sales objections to transfer potential customers to a licensed agent.
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer to increase sales agent conversion.
• Receive paid training with tools and guidance for success.
• Earn base pay + bonus; first-year earnings around $50k; top performers $80k+.
• Sales training program after 6 months to move into licensed sales roles.
