Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year or more experience in a telesales or sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Outbound dialing to generate interest in SelectQuote's products – up to 800 calls daily.
• Overcome objections and transfer potential customers to a licensed agent.
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and conversions.
• Paid training and tools provided to enable success.
• Base plus bonus with potential earnings, including a path to licensed sales roles.
