Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive nationwide revenue growth from a fully remote position.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver outstanding service to clients while maintaining our strong industry reputation. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, may have a Bachelor's degree, and at least 6 months in sales or customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain CRM records.
• Escalate issues and document them appropriately while maintaining data accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality, and provide general Care Center support.
