SelectQuote, Inc. is seeking experienced, driven, and results-oriented sales professionals to join our Qualifications Team as Sales Development Advisors (SDA).

The SDA is an outbound, unlicensed sales role that targets prospective customers, generates interest, overcomes objections, and transfers qualified prospects to licensed agents. This is a high-volume, metrics-driven position with paid training and a base salary plus bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of telesales, inside sales, phone sales, or comparable experience.
• Proven success in high-volume, metrics-driven or commission-based environments.
• Demonstrated quotas, KPIs, or other measurable sales objectives.

Responsabilités

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers (up to 800 per day).
• Generate interest and engage prospective customers with confidence.
• Qualify prospects and transfer to licensed agents after needs assessment.
• Handle objections and move conversations toward next steps.
• Follow scripts and processes while maintaining a natural conversation.
• Meet or exceed transfer and performance goals.
