Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to act as a primary contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound communications with professionalism in a fast-paced setting. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional service while meeting sales objectives in a remote US-based environment.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of customer service experience, and the ability to type 25+ words per minute.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
• Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide feedback on call issues.
• Meet sales objectives as defined.
