ISHE is hiring a Sales Consultant to work remotely with clients, helping them select home services. The role emphasizes strong communication, product knowledge, and a clear sales process.

You will engage clients, present options, and manage the sales cycle from outreach to installation while collaborating with a small team and leadership. The position offers a base pay with uncapped commissions, paid holidays, and opportunities for career growth within a tight-knit team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong understanding of the real estate sales process.
• Proficient with CRM systems and office software.
• Willingness to meet call metrics and sales targets.
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred; utilities/telecom or real estate sales ideal.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research properties and identify available providers.
• Initiate client contact via email, calls, and texts.
• Present service options using product knowledge in conversations with clients.
• Follow up on all sales, respond to emails/voicemails, and ensure installation of sales.
• Provide customer service throughout every step of the sales process.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, teammates, and management.
• All other job duties as assigned.
