Job summary

Move In Ready is hiring a Sales Consultant to work directly with clients to assist in selecting home services. This role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities include researching properties, initiating contact, presenting options, following up, and providing ongoing customer service. The position is fully remote with a $3000/month base pay plus uncapped commission, contractor status, and quick hiring.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation, teamwork, problem solving).
• Knowledge and understanding of real estate industry and sales process.
• Proficient computer, Microsoft, Vonage and CRM skills.
• Willingness and desire to meet call metrics and sales goals.
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred (ideally in utility/telecom industries or real estate sales).
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) are a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Research properties and identify providers available.
• Initiate client contact through emails, calls, and texts.
• Present service options using product knowledge in a clear conversation with clients.
• Follow up on all sales, respond to emails and voicemails, and ensure installation of sales.
• Provide customer service throughout every step of the sales process.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, teammates, and management.
• All other job duties as assigned.
