Move In Ready is hiring a Sales Consultant to work remotely with clients to select home services, earning a base pay plus uncapped commission. The role emphasizes clear communication, product knowledge, and meeting sales goals while providing great customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills including communication, negotiation, teamwork, and problem solving.
• Knowledge of real estate industry and sales process.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft suite, Vonage, and CRM systems.
• Willingness to meet call metrics and sales goals.
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred (ideally utility/telecom or real estate).
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research properties and identify providers available.
• Initiate client contact via emails, calls, and texts.
• Present service options using product knowledge in a clear conversation with clients.
• Follow up on all sales, respond to emails and voicemails, and ensure installation of sales.
• Provide customer service throughout every step of the sales process.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, teammates, and management.
• All other job duties as assigned.
