Smart Start, Inc. is hiring a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to national clients. The position offers uncapped commissions and incentives, along with a robust benefits package and potential for bilingual compensation.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction while growing revenue and maintaining our industry reputation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant sales/customer service/call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns professionally.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
