Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor in a fully remote role. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients across the nation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional demeanor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound/outbound callers with a consultative sales approach.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries.
• Identify new sales opportunities via networking and referrals.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to clients.
• Maintain detailed client records in CRM and other systems.
