Smart Start, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role. Manage inbound/outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to nationwide clients.

The position offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives, with a 40-hour work week. Benefits include health plan (medical, dental, vision) and a 401(k) match. Bilingual English/Spanish adds compensation potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality.
