Smart Start, Inc. is recruiting a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote nationwide role. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, sell Interlock products and services, and deliver exceptional service to clients while expanding our customer base.

The position offers a base hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives. You will build relationships, present solutions, and pursue new opportunities, with CRM usage and collaboration across teams to ensure satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ months of sales or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs and services.
• Provide accurate product information, address inquiries and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain records in CRM and other systems; follow up with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
