Jack Henry is seeking a Sales Commission Analyst to handle routine contract calculations, maintain data integrity, and guide new hires. This remote role requires living within ~70 miles of Allen, TX, with compensation based on location and experience.

You will enter standard contract data, apply table one payee rules, and use reporting tools to validate monthly transactions. Strong admin skills and knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, and Teams are preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 18 months in an administrative or support role.
• Ability to manage contract data with accuracy.
• Experience entering standard contract data into a system.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Calculate and analyze routine contracts including supersede and replacement contracts, core deals, terminations, and modifications.
• Accurately enter standard contract data into the contract entry system, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
• Understand and apply table one, and identify appropriate payees as outlined in contracts.
• Scan and store contracts and track them in a master real-time spreadsheet.
• Use corporate reporting tools to validate transactions and complete end-of-month checks.
