Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to join our centralized Procurement team and manage end-to-end lifecycle of vendor agreements, real estate documents, and other procurements.

You will lead drafting, redlining, negotiation and execution of MSAs, SLAs, and amendments; drive RFPs, monitor renewals, and ensure data integrity in company repositories. The role is full-time, hybrid with 1 day/week in Allen, TX or other hubs, and follows a Central Time schedule.

Qualifications

• 6+ years combined experience in contracts, procurement, or vendor management.
• Experience with requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement best practices.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong data analysis and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to collaborate and work independently.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills (pivot tables, charts).
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and analyze data; present reports to management.
• Evaluate production data for trend analysis and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate internal controls and documentation to meet company requirements.
• Monitor contract and billing process changes; inform departments and policies.
• Develop and maintain organized documentation for contracts and billing data.
• Perform compliance reviews of applications.
• Develop forecasting models to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist management for examiner and auditor site visits.
• Serve as billing subject matter expert on projects.
• Lead meetings to improve contract entry between Operations and Finance.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
