Job summary

Centric Software is seeking a detail-oriented Commissions Analyst II to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role focuses on accurate commission calculations, process improvements, and automation across global sales and professional services teams.

You will collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and People and Culture to configure plans, publish monthly statements, and ensure timely payments, while supporting audits and month-end close.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Commission experience required.
• Accounting/Finance experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communications across levels.
• Familiarity with booking metrics and incentive plans.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance & Accounting, and People and Culture to improve commission processes.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and the compensation team to optimize plan configurations.
• Administer commission calculations for global sales and services teams.
• Track new hire and termination data with People and Culture; coordinate payroll for commissions.
• Provide accurate reporting of compensation to sales and post-sales teams.
• Publish monthly statements in the sales compensation system and answer inquiries.
• Process journal entries related to commission accruals and incremental costs under ASC 606/IFRS 15.
• Meet payroll and month-end close deadlines and support audit deliverables.
• Identify risks and help resolve compensation-related issues proactively.
