Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, related field or equivalent related experience.
• 2+ years of progressive relevant work experience or equivalent military experience.
• Experience in sales compensation or commission program administration is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the design and development of sales compensation and commission plans that support the organization's sales positions.
• Maintains and updates compensation program applications, systems, and databases.
• Ensures accurate payout processing and adherence to timelines.
• Analyses data to prepare reports on commissions, bonuses, and related information.
• Provides onboarding training and communicates compensation programs to new employees.
• Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
