• Model best practices in real time as a hands-on player-coach
• Develop and refine sales scripts, session frameworks, and onboarding materials
• Support the team in managing follow-up pipelines and next steps
• Maintain accurate CRM records of coaching activity and trends
• Contribute to a culture of accountability and high standards across the team
