New Frontier Immigration Law is seeking a Sales Attorney in a remote role for Mexico-based candidates. You will run strategy sessions, assess immigration options, and guide qualified individuals to retain services.

The role blends legal expertise with consultative sales, aiming to build trust in the first conversation and secure same-day closes. Ideal candidates are licensed Mexican attorneys with immigration law knowledge, strong empathy, and a proven track record in sales or client conversion.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in Mexico in good standing.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of immigration law and ability to explain pathways.
• Demonstrated sales or client-conversion success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategy sessions with prospective clients (4-5 hours/day).
• Prepare priming calls and proposals for strategy sessions to maximize conversions.
• Close contracts, collect payments, and book onboarding on the same day.
• Follow-up with pending/undecided clients from prior strategy sessions.
• Provide complete handoff to Legal team with documentation and case details.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and outcomes.
• Meet and exceed session conversion targets and monthly retention goals.
