New Frontier Immigration Law seeks an experienced Business Immigration Attorney to join our fast-growing Phoenix-area practice, with potential travel to support clients internationally. You will grow into a client-facing role serving international entrepreneurs and companies expanding into the United States.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited US law school and active bar membership in good standing (Arizona preferred or eligible).
• 2+ years dedicated to Business-Based Immigration Law.

Responsabilités

• Meet with prospective clients, explain the value of our services, and help qualified prospects decide to hire the firm.
• Handle strategy, drafting, and filings across L-1A/L-1B, EB-1C, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, EB-3 PERM, E-2, O-1, and related processes; prepare clients for USCIS interviews.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and client dinners; build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Represent the firm at high-level business events and contribute to public-facing efforts (webinars, podcasts, presentations).
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand client goals and advise on viable pathways, including when a strategy cannot be responsibly recommended.
• Own client communication and deliver premium, high-touch service; help grow the practice.
• Collaborate with the legal support team to ensure timely filings.
