New Frontier Immigration Law in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sales Attorney to blend legal expertise with consultative sales. This client-facing role requires a licensed attorney in Mexico, fluent in Spanish and English, and a proven ability to close.

The position is contracted remote with a fast onboarding process. Responsibilities include strategy sessions, proposal prep, contract closures, and CRM updates, with daily focus on conversion targets.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in Mexico in good standing; Licenciatura en Derecho and Cédula Profesional required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; native-level Spanish with strong English for collaboration with US leadership.
• Knowledge of immigration law; ability to assess eligibility, explain case types, and identify viable pathways.
• Demonstrated success in a sales or client conversion role with quota attainment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust quickly and handle sensitive conversations.
• Strong active listening skills to identify client needs and respond with accurate information.
• Experience with CRM systems; logging interactions and managing pipelines.
• Ability to manage a high volume of daily interactions while maintaining quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategy sessions as the primary daily activity (4–5 hours/day); assess each client's immigration situation, explain pathways, and present services with clarity.
• Complete priming calls and proposal preparation before each strategy session to maximize conversion.
• Close contracts, collect payments, and book client onboarding appointments on the same day as hire.
• Execute timely follow-up calls on all pending and undecided clients from prior sessions.
• Ensure complete handoff to the Legal team for every retained client with documentation and onboarding checklist.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, session outcomes, and pipeline activity in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed individual session conversion targets and monthly retention goals.
