Job summary

Race Communications is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to drive revenue growth through targeted, data-driven sales campaigns and back-office support. Qualifications

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred.
• A valid driver's license, subject to DMV check, is mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or campaign-based customer engagement.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with customers across multiple channels (phone, email, SMS).
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools, with the ability to accurately track activities and maintain customer records.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and adjust outreach strategies.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in execution and documentation.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets.
• The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns including up-sell, win-back, and pre-sale conversion efforts.
• Conduct outbound calling and follow up on abandoned orders and customer inquiries.
• Engage customers across multiple touchpoints to drive conversion and revenue growth.
• Support campaign tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign execution and timelines.
• Serve as backup support for commission payouts and investor reporting to ensure accuracy and continuity of operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems.
• Ensure data integrity to support effective campaign targeting and reporting.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Own and drive KPIs including conversion rates, upsell revenue, win-back success, and abandoned order recovery.
• Report on and communicate results, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage sales Jira boards and maintain dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and clear visibility into pipeline performance.
