Qualifications

• US Employment eligibility without sponsorship.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license subject to DMV verification.
• 2+ years in inside/outbound sales or campaign-based engagement.
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns including upsell and win-back.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inquiries.
• Engage customers across multiple touchpoints to drive conversion and revenue growth.
• Support campaign tracking, reporting and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on timelines and execution.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ensure data integrity.
