Job summary

Wing is seeking a Sales Caller to start immediately, working remotely. You will reach out to customers, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and support debt collections while collaborating with internal teams to align lead generation with sales strategy.

Required are a high school diploma or certificate, 1+ year sales experience, excellent English (C1+), and strong communication skills. This remote position offers 100% work-from-home, paid training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or certificate is required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with ability to meet quotas.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+).
• Strong phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy with CRM, cloud services and VoIP.
• Experience with MS Office and Google Calendar.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers to provide information about products or services, sell offerings, or solicit donations.
• Qualify leads over the phone and insert information into a CRM system.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer appointments and rescheduling.
• Make collection calls, resolve debts, and update payment information.
• Execute and monitor customer surveys, compiling results in a datasheet report.
• Address support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation with sales strategy.
• Ad hoc tasks.
