Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of sales experience and ability to meet quotas.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (C1).
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM, cloud services, and MS Office.
• Experience with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Proficiency with online calendars (Google Calendar).
• Proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers to provide information about products or services and sell offerings.
• Qualify leads over the phone and log details in CRM.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer appointments and rescheduling.
• Make collection calls, resolve debts, and update payment information per scripts.
• Execute and monitor customer surveys and compile results in a datasheet.
• Address support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation with sales strategy.
• Ad hoc tasks as needed.
