Job summary

TD SYNNEX seeks an Associate Sales Representative for the Caribbean Central America region to assist in developing and executing sales strategies. This entry-level role offers growth opportunities within the organization and exposure to sales processes and partner collaborations.

The role supports the sales team by handling quotes, orders, and customer inquiries, while contributing to customer satisfaction and revenue goals across the territory.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED plus 1 year relevant experience OR 2 year degree.
• Proficient in English (level B2 or higher).
• Experience with multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience delivering effective messaging through written and verbal communications.
• Basic computer systems and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound sales calls and emails to quote prices and place orders.
• Enter orders and track order status.
• Support customer satisfaction and relationships across the territory.
• Resolve routine, non-complex issues under guidance.
• Answer questions on pricing, product availability, and shipping/service issues.
• Attend vendor trainings and engage in engagement activities outside pre-defined hours.
• Represent TD SYNNEX professionally to partners.
