Job summary

Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions is seeking a remote Sales Analyst for an industrial manufacturer near Kokomo, IN. You will analyze financial data and provide recommendations to support profitable growth across sales and operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in data analytics, business, or finance, several years in sales analytics and pricing, and strong Excel/CRM/ERP skills. Remote, full-time, EST-hours with occasional travel to the Kokomo area.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related combination of education and experience.
Several years of experience in sales, data analytics, and product pricing within manufacturing preferred.
Strong analytical judgement and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Review sales data to analyze product performance and trends to inform risk/benefit decisions.
Evaluate pricing and quotations for consistency and profitability; recommend actions.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning with data-driven recommendations.
Analyze workflows and suggest improvements for accuracy, responsiveness, and scalability.
Maintain consistent practices for commercial data storage across ERP, CRM, and reporting systems.
Attend meetings in EST hours; occasional travel to Kokomo area may be required.
Collaborate across sales and operations to drive profitable growth.
Other duties as assigned.
