Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue nationwide by managing inbound and outbound calls and selling Interlock products. You will deliver exceptional service to clients and tailor solutions to meet needs, contributing to growth and profitability.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, relationship-building, and collaboration with internal teams, with remote work and a base hourly rate plus commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
