Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote, nationwide role in the Care Center Sales team.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to clients while earning commissions and incentives. The position offers hourly-rate pay with uncapped commissions, a comprehensive health plan, a 401(k) with company match, and additional fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and CRM updates.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
