Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for its Care Center Sales team. This fully remote role focuses on managing inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service nationwide.

You will identify new sales opportunities, build client relationships, and provide tailored solutions to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. The position offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Minimum 6 months of relevant sales, customer service, or call center experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Strong verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.
Attention to detail; ability to multitask with urgency.
Adaptable in fast-paced environments; collaborative interpersonal skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
Provide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns professionally.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Escalate and route issues while maintaining detailed CRM records.
Gather and manage data across platforms and handle documentation with standard equipment.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings through market research.
Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and perform other duties as assigned.
