Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to join our Care Center Sales team on a fully remote basis. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to clients nationwide.

This role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and additional incentives, with a comprehensive health plan, 401(k) with company match, and fringe benefits. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Six months+ in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote Interlock products, programs and services.
• Provide accurate product information and address client inquiries.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
