Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin to support data entry and product loading across systems. This remote role is based in the Philippines, with schedule aligned to PST hours and Monday to Friday workdays.

You will manage brand product data, validate information, and keep internal tools in check while collaborating with multiple brands to ensure accurate records and timely updates.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of data entry or administrative experience.
• Experience working for a US-based company.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with Monday.com or similar PM tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple data entry tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Support and maintain internal tools and systems.
• Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Process new item forms and promotional forms via Excel or portals.
• Manage product data and ensure records are up-to-date.
• Coordinate with brands to share information across teams.
