Openkrill is hiring an entry-level Customer Support & Order Specialist. This fully remote role supports U.S.-based clients during CST hours, handling orders, pricing, shipping, returns, warranties, and account questions.

You will start with order acknowledgements and shipment updates, then expand to broader inquiries as you learn our systems. Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and eager to learn, with a proactive, customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no prior experience required.
• Customer service or e-commerce interest is a plus.
• Experience with CRM or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Process orders and related transactions accurately in company systems.
• Coordinate shipments and provide status updates with carriers and teams.
• Research customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Support e-commerce and inside sales activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and case notes.
