Aspen Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sales Account Executive to grow revenue in the Data Center Power Generation and Microgrid markets.

This remote role covers North America, focusing on attracting new customers, expanding market share, and building strong industry relationships within the Emerson Digital Grid Management ecosystem. You will promote the Monarch Platform for power plants and microgrids, engage with C‑level executives, EPCs, Hyper Scalers, and investors, and drive orders through

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering required.
Minimum 7 years in OT sales, marketing, or related fields.
Experience breaking into new accounts and building vertical/horizontal relationships.
Willingness to travel up to 50% within US/Canada and work authorization in the US.

Responsibilities

Develop new customer accounts for data center power plants and microgrid projects.
Promote and sell the Monarch Platform for power plants and microgrids.
Engage prospective clients to understand objectives and provide Emerson solutions.
Create strategic account plans to penetrate markets and grow share in data center energy.
Negotiate technical and commercial terms to close orders and maintain CRM records.
Represent Emerson at meetings and trade shows as needed.
