Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of B2B technical sales in commercial/industrial electrical industry.
• Proven track record selling medium/high voltage power equipment to data centers.

Responsibilities

• Territory & Pipeline Development: Prospect, develop, and close large-scale infrastructure projects in the Texas data center market.
• Technical Solution Selling: Lead application of power transformers, harmonic filters, and reactive power equipment.
• Strategic Networking: Build relationships with decision-makers including hyperscalers, EPC/EPCM firms.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Manage cycles from design through bidding, procurement, delivery.
• Market Intelligence: Feedback on pricing, lead times, and emerging technical specs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to meet specs and delivery timelines.
