Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or SMS fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ manufacturing, quality, compliance, or SMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety Management System implementation and maintenance at site.
• Facilitate Safety Risk Management with SAT/SRB groups.
• Prepare and submit product safety reports to SMS teams and boards.
• Monitor compliance with enterprise SMS policies and conduct audits.
• Support change management within product safety risk management.
• Provide SMS and Human Factors training to employees.
• Drive IPD collaboration across GE sites to share lessons learned.
• Monitor performance metrics and support customer/regulatory audits.
