Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Product Safety and SMS leader to drive the site’s Safety Management System, risk management, and compliance with enterprise standards. You will lead improvements, coordinate with SAT/SRB, and ensure accurate documentation and just culture in product safety.

This role requires in-person Day 1 orientation, up to 25% travel to multiple GE sites, and remote eligibility with a Northeast preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing, quality, compliance, or SMS experience.
• In-person New Hire Orientation on Day 1 is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead SMS development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Facilitate risk identification, analysis, and mitigation with SAT/SRB.
• Prepare and submit product safety reports to stakeholders.
