Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Safety Manager to lead our safety, health, and workers’ compensation initiatives across our fulfillment network. You will implement programs, conduct audits, and build a proactive safety culture with strong leadership across multiple locations.

The role travels about 40% of the year and supports on-site operations near fulfillment centers. Remote work is allowed with preference for proximity to centers in GA, OH, NJ, TX, or NV.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in safety, compliance, or risk management within a multi-site fulfillment or logistics environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices required.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement safety programs, policies, and training across all fulfillment centers.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans for OSHA compliance.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through education and accountability.
• Partner with operations to ensure proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Oversee workers’ compensation including claims handling and carrier coordination.
• Analyze claim data to identify risks and present to Senior Leadership.
