Job summary

SupplyHouse is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and workers compensation initiatives across our fulfillment network. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director of Fulfillment General Manager and involves travel to centers, with strong preference for proximity to Atlanta, Canal Winchester, Dayton, Farmers Branch, or Reno.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of safety, compliance, or risk management in a multi-site fulfillment or logistics environment.
• Current OSHA, CSP, CHMM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement company-wide safety programs, policies, and training across all fulfillment centers.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through education and accountability.
• Oversee workers compensation including claims handling and carrier coordination.
• Directly manage Safety Supervisors at each fulfillment location.
