Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety programs across our fulfillment network. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and focuses on implementing safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and injury prevention.

The position is remote with travel to fulfillment centers about 40% of the year. A strong preference for proximity to our centers in multiple states is noted, and on-site options are available beyond travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety, compliance, or risk management in a multi-site fulfillment or logistics environment.
• Current OSHA, CSP, CHMM certification is required or preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement company-wide safety programs across all fulfillment centers, including driver safety oversight.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through education, engagement, and accountability.
• Partner with operations and Product Catalog Team to ensure proper handling of ORM-D and hazmat material.
• Oversee all aspects of workers compensation including claims handling and carrier coordination.
• Analyze claim data to identify risks and present findings to Senior Leadership.
• Support case managers and act as escalation point for complex claims.
