Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is hiring a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and workers' compensation initiatives across our fulfillment network. You will drive regulatory compliance and injury prevention, reporting to the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement.

This remote role requires travel to fulfillment centers ~40% of the year, with on-site options and reimbursement for travel. Strong leadership and multi-site experience are essential to shaping a robust safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of safety, compliance, or risk management in a multi-site fulfillment or logistics environment.
• Current OSHA, CSP, CHMM certification.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers' compensation laws.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing distributed teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or fulfillment center settings.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement company-wide safety programs, policies, and training across all fulfillment centers, including driver safety.
• Lead audits, risk assessments and corrective action plans for OSHA compliance.
• Promote proactive safety culture through education, engagement, and accountability.
• Partner with operations and Product Catalog Team for ORM‑D and hazmat handling.
• Identify hazards, assist investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims, reporting, and carrier coordination.
• Analyze claim data quarterly to identify risks and opportunities for leadership.
• Support case managers and escalation for complex claims.
• Collaborate with insurance brokers during renewal cycles.
• Ensure fulfillment operations meet safety regulations and reporting standards.
• Maintain compliance documentation with HR teams and support investigations.
