Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and workers’ compensation initiatives across our fulfillment network. The role involves audits, training, and driving a strong safety culture in a remote-capable position with nationwide travel.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and collaborate with HR, Operations, and Product Catalog teams. Relocation is optional; travel ~40% of the year is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 5+ years in safety/compliance in multi-site logistics.
• Current OSHA, CSP, CHMM certifications.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers’ compensation.
• Proven leadership of distributed teams.
• Experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement safety programs across all fulfillment centers.
• Lead audits and risk assessments to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Promote proactive safety culture through education and accountability.
• Oversee workers’ compensation claims and carrier coordination.
• Analyze claim data and present trends to Senior Leadership.
• Manage Safety Supervisors at each location and enable cross-site collaboration.
