SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and workers’ compensation initiatives across our fulfillment network. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and involves remote work with travel to centers, and potential relocation within selected states.

Responsibilities include implementing safety programs, audits, training, and regulatory compliance while partnering with HR, operations, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• OSHA, CSP, CHMM certifications held.
• Experience in safety, compliance or risk management across multi-site environments.

Responsabilités

• Own and implement company-wide safety programs, policies, and training across all fulfillment centers.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Promote proactive safety culture through education, engagement, and accountability.
• Oversee workers' compensation including claims handling and carrier coordination.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to maintain compliance documentation and reporting.
